Searching and browsing

You can compare packages without an account. Ask AI reads your request in your browser; what you type there is not sent to us.

If you use the microphone button, your browser’s own speech service turns your voice into text. Safarnama does not receive the recording.

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites. Our servers keep the usual technical logs, such as IP address and browser, for security and to limit abuse.

Your account

When you create an account we keep your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone number. Passwords are stored by our sign-in system in hashed form. If you sign in with Google or another sign-in service, we receive your name and your verified email address from it.

Bookings and requests

For a reservation we keep the package, the number of travellers, and the contact name, phone number or email you give. We also keep the payments you report (amount, method, transfer reference and any slip), your messages with our agents, and documents you upload, such as a passport scan, which are kept in private storage.

When you ask for a callback or send a package you built, we keep your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, and what the request is about, so an advisor can contact you.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who sees your information

Our agents see your bookings and requests in order to handle them. The operator of your package receives the traveller details it needs to deliver your trip.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which carries the traffic and protects the site. If you choose Google or another sign-in service, that service handles your sign-in.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records while your account is open and as long as we need them for your trip and for our accounting and legal duties.

Your choices

You can change your name and phone number in your account. To see, correct or delete other information we hold about you, contact us.
